We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent our products through photography, renders, and written descriptions. However, please be aware of the following:

All products sold by BrickVerseMOCs are built using custom, non-LEGO bricks. Our products are not manufactured by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the LEGO Group. While we source quality bricks designed for a satisfying build experience, please note:

BrickVerseMOCs is not liable for shipping and delivery delays, losses, or damages that occur once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for:
- check_circle Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or postal services
- check_circle Packages lost or damaged in transit after handoff to the carrier
- check_circle Import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by the destination country
- check_circle Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Once title and risk of loss passes to the carrier, BrickVerseMOCs's liability for the shipment ends. For concerns regarding lost or damaged shipments, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will assist where reasonably possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrickVerseMOCs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our store, products, or services. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from product defects, inaccurate descriptions, shipping delays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
