We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched as soon as it's ready. Delivery times vary by destination — see the estimates below.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or carrier disruptions.

Every order tracked from dispatch to door.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or limited releases, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your order ships.
Estimates apply from the dispatch date of each individual parcel.

BrickVerseMOCs works with multiple independent suppliers across our different collections. If your order includes items from more than one collection, those items may be packed and shipped separately — each as its own parcel with its own tracking number. Depending on the supplier, different parcels in the same order may also be shipped by different carriers.
Separate parcels may be dispatched on different days and may arrive on different days, even when ordered together. Delivery estimates apply to each individual parcel, not to your order as a whole.
You will receive a separate dispatch confirmation and tracking number for each parcel. Each shipping confirmation email will list only the items included in that specific parcel. If you've received tracking for one item but not yet another from the same order, this is expected and does not indicate a problem with your order.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order quantity. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — see the cart for current thresholds.

Once your order ships, you can use track it by going to BrickVerse Accounts > My Orders
If your order includes items from more than one collection, you will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel — see the Multi-Item Orders section above for details.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. BrickVerseMOCs has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
